带宠物出国去澳洲经验总结

在PetTour中国的帮助下，我们顺利带狗狗来到澳洲，在这里分享一下我们的经验，并再次感谢PetTour中国，他们真的很专业~~
我家狗狗是在香港待满6个月来澳洲的，在这里要特别感谢我的PetTour中国，他们在香港有专门的服务机构处理相关事宜。
我们是让他们负责办理全程事宜的，我在这里也建议各位寻找合适的中介办理赴澳事宜，因为那些手续实在是很繁琐的。下面我会一一道来。
下面是AQIS关于如何办理动物入境手续的文件，想要带狗狗去澳洲的朋友有必要研究一下先。http://www.daff.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0013/112045/infosh4.pdf由于香港是属于宠物来澳后，在澳洲至少隔离观察30天的国家。所以以上文件适用此类别国家。
整个过程我总结为十个步骤：
第一步，注射芯片，到当地政府认可的兽医处注射即可，上面会有Exporter的所有信息。
第二步，注射年度常规疫苗，但是要注意的是，要让兽医不要注射LEPTOSPIROSIS细螺旋体病疫苗，因为之后会有关于此病的血液检查，如果注射的话可能会影响结果。
第三步，采集血样，然后送交政府许可的研究院进行狂犬病血液检测，其中有很多项指标，都要符合值数才算通过。狂犬病血液测试（RNATT）是在其中最最重要的一个步骤，也是根本，如果不通过或者其中有几项项目不合格的话，就不可能过来了。或者要继续隔离再测试，直到通过为止。不过，一般来讲，家养的，平时定时注射疫苗的狗狗通过的几率还是很大的。
之前两个步骤可以同一天完成，一周后取血样送去英国实验室进行化验，据说全世界没有几个实验室这边是认可的，晕！化验结果一般需要6到8周才能知道。我们是7周左右时间知道结果的，顺利通过！
*关于狂犬病血液测试的重要tips！
采集血样的时间是和狗狗在澳洲隔离的时间密切相关的，也就说，采集血样时间越早，在澳洲当地的隔离时间越短。如果你想你的狗狗在香港只待6个月的话，在狗狗到香港的第一个月之内就要做好采集血样送检的工作了喔！
下面是相关时间对照，时间是按照兽医采集血样的日期为准，不是血液测试结果出來的日期喔。

第四步，申请进口许可。在顺利通过狂犬血液测试后进行就可以了。
表格在我上面给的网址就有，email，邮寄，fax都可以，需要附上支票或者信用卡信息。申请费每个宠物$280，每增加一个宠物加$60。具体由于是PetTour办理，只知道相关所有文件都需要向香港政府背书。
第五步，我们花了一个月拿到的permit，在Importer Permit申请下来后就需要马上预定澳洲这边的隔离位置，墨尔本Quarantine中心在Spotswood。具体联系方式 http://www.daff.gov.au/__data/as ... 17081/spotswood.pdf。把你的permit号码和要求email给他们预定隔离位置即可。由于是我朋友先支付的费用，隔离30天花了5,500港币，大致$780左右。
费用标准如下,
AQIS QUARANTINE FEES – CATS AND DOGS
The total fee for quarantine service is calculated after your pet arrives in Australia, you will be invoiced for these services. The total of the invoice is payable prior to collection of your animal/s from quarantine. AQIS will accept cash, visa, MasterCard, Amex or bankcard. Payment by cheque must be received at least 14 days prior to collecting your pet/s.Service Notes Fee $AUD Quarantine entry Fee is charged for each animal $10
Veterinary Inspection Fee per half hour. In the majority of cases only half an hour is required. This fee is charged for each animal $71
Document clearance Fee charged for audit of your pets veterinary certificates A & B. This fee is charged for each animal.This fee may be repeated if additional information is required.$27.00
Transport from the airport to the quarantine station.Fee is charged for the first animal only. Pets picked up after 4pm or before 8am are charged at the higher rate $95 or $120
Accommodation of a cat Daily rate for the first cat - includes food and care. $13.55
Accommodation for each additional cat, sharing accommodation with the first cat Daily rate for subsequent cats – includes food and care.$10.55
Accommodation of a dog Daily rate for the first dog – includes food and care.$17.55
Accommodation for each additional dog, sharing accommodation with the first dog
Daily rate for subsequent dogs – includes food and care.$12.55
A dog that gives birth $400 for the first 7 hours or less of supervision plus $19 for each additional hour of supervision. $400
Puppies less than 6 weeks old Daily rate per pup. After the puppies are 6 weeks old they are charged at the daily rate for dogs. $5
A cat that gives birth Fee for supervision of birthing cat.Kittens are not charged for until they are over 6 weeks old. After the kittens are 6 weeks old they are charged at the daily rate for cats.$300
Any additional veterinary care Additional veterinary care eg booster vaccinations are provided by a private veterinarian. Charged to the owner by private veterinarian.
第六步，预定机舱，PetTour预定的是Cathay Pacific公司机位。
第七步，等到120天的时候采集血样，做 Lepto,B-canis and E-canis 检查和 frontline flea treatment，即细螺旋体病，普鲁斯病，埃利希氏体族病检查和福莱恩除蚤。27天左右拿到报告，合格通过！
第八步，出发四天前，做体内体外驱虫。
第九步，出发四天前，最后到兽医处全身检查，确定身体状况适合运输。
第十步，带上所有相关兽医证明和文件以及进口许可文件，买好专用的航空箱，上飞机啦！
顺利到达墨尔本后，那边的员工会电话联系你，确定狗狗已经安全到达。
几乎每天都可以去看狗狗的，不可以带吃的去喔。具体时间是
Visiting Hours
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
10:30am to 12:00 midday or 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
Tuesday
1.00pm to 4.00 pm. There are no visits Tuesday morning at the Spotswood
Quarantine station.
Please note that there are no visitors allowed on weekends or public holidays.
Only two visits are allowed each week when visiting your pet.
It is best to allow your pet at least 24 hours to settle after arrival before you visit。

总结:
带狗狗来澳洲是一项很艰巨的任务，有一定的风险。
主人最好能找一家专业一点，和口碑好些的代理公司（我找的PetTour是国内比较专业的了）。由于到澳洲的相关手续很繁琐，时间要卡准，漏了哪个步骤都很麻烦的。他们会按部就班，帮你全部安排好。
关于费用，可要花费巨大，不舍得花钱得主人要想清楚。
总之，费时费钱，狗狗能健康平安过来就是服气了，Tito很幸运，没吃什么苦头。
