这个月澳洲更新了宠物入境的新规定,其中对于中国宠物影响最大的香港地区也有新的规定。新规定在2013年12月2日开始实施,在2014年2月3日之后入境的宠物正式生效。
其中澳洲对宠物入境的最重要的规定更新主要是下面几点:
1、出发前的准备时间延长。宠物在入境澳洲前需要必须提前6个月做狂犬病血清抗体的检测(RNATT),之前是3-5个月都可以。也就是香港前往的宠物必须做完狂犬病血清检测之后6个月方能前往澳洲。(血清检测结果延长为24个月有效,之前是12个月。)
2、宠物入境澳洲后隔离时间缩短。宠物之前入境澳洲的隔离时间最短为1个月,现在缩短为最低10天的时间。相应的隔离费也有之前的1038澳币减少为390澳币(狗狗),猫的隔离费减少为290澳币。(以上费用按照正常隔离10天计算)
3、不认可国家中转第三地解除居住限制。新规定对中转第三滴没有居住时间要求,之前要求必须居住满6个月。这一点其实意义不大,因为宠物经第三滴需要满足新规定的血清检测要求,也就是必须昨晚血清检测之后6个月方能前往,因此跟之前是没有区别的。
其他更新主要体现在宠物第二次血清检测的时候,把出发钱的血清检测时间做了更宽泛的要求,在下面的列表中,我们对更新的内容做了详细的说明(内容来自DAFF官方网站)。
